3On the call we map your venue or desk's specific risk-committee or compliance-team need to the four MQA primitives (coherence, capacity, slippage, audit-chain). Pilot scope is agreed jointly; no scope is committed before the call.
4If we proceed, a written scope document with timeline, deliverables, and pricing is shared within 5 business days of the call. You sign before any work starts.
