Evidence boundary
The participant-quality pillar uses current wallet/account score snapshots as a diagnostic join. It is not a person-level identity claim, not retroactive at-trade alpha evidence, and not complete venue-wide coverage.
A card becomes internally canary-ready only when a market has enough observed trades, enough observed accounts, at least three publishable scored accounts, and at least 25% scored notional with no failing required source watermark. Eligibility uses fresh canonical coverage only; lightweight canary touches are visible here for hydration progress, but they do not clear the gate.
