  "disclosure": "SETTLEMENT-BOUNDARY DISCLOSURE (2026-09-03), CORRECTED 2026-09-04: in every forward test published here, window membership was applied to a market's scheduled end date (the quantity the archive records as resolved_at), not to the time the market actually settled, a deviation from the filed word resolve. On 2026-09-04 both filings were recomputed on actual settlement time from two independent sources, the venue's closedTime field and the Polygon ConditionResolution block time. #296461: 17,561 of 59,945 admitted positions (29.3%) and 10,256 of the 19,740 in the correlation pool (52.0%) had settled before the window opened, and 316 positions on the venue operator (313 on chain) had been wrongly excluded; under settlement time the 2026-07-03 artifact does not meet the pre-registered floors (155 wallets against 300), so it was not the confirmatory read the filing defines, and its below-floor correlation (+0.145 [-0.023, +0.306]) carries no verdict. Re-applying the filing's own stopping rule on settlement time across the frozen archive, the confirmatory read is the 2026-07-11 archive: pass, Spearman +0.188, 95% CI [+0.071, +0.302], 304 wallets against a floor of 300, 20,101 positions; the pre-registered secondary is +0.045 [-0.062, +0.153] and spans zero. That read is a reconstruction made on 2026-09-04, after the 2026-07-03 pass and the below-floor number were both known, and it is the highest point of a declining weekly series that returns fail at the 2026-07-18 archive (lower bound -0.003), so it travels with that series or not at all. #294147 window one: 1,549 of 71,529 candidate and 23,213 of 443,880 control positions (2.2% and 5.2%) had settled outside the window they were counted in, and on the settlement-defined pool the frozen rule returns the same label, persistence_confirmed, with the pooled contrast at +2.96pp, leg A p 0.0029 and the candidate BCa interval +2.08pp to +6.32pp over 127 active wallets; the Kish effective-cluster caveat was computed on 139 wallets and has not been recomputed on 127. The opposite direction, positions scheduled outside a window that settled inside it, was never captured by these collectors and is unmeasured for both filings. Until it is measured from a source that is not the archive, and until this sidecar carries a field binding each result to this disclosure and to the later-archive series, every verdict listed here is honest to publish but not quotable as a result, and every quotable_as_result flag below is false.",
